This software helps synchronize time with time servers maintained by NIST.
Ultra Atom Time Synchronizer is atomic clock time synchronizer for windows. It can be used to sync your computer time with the time standard maintained by National institute of standards and technology (NIST). These servers maintain time in atomic clock standard. Thus when synchronized, you would be able to maintain very accurate times. This tool supports SNTP protocol. It also supports the TIME protocol. Once synchronized with the NIST server, this program can work as a time server for an organization. There are two ways you can synchronize the time in this program. One of the modes is to sync it when it starts up. You can also specify intervals at which this program will synchronize with the NIST server. It is possible to customize the server by setting the server IP address.
The TIME protocol helps synchronize with a protocol over TCP or UDP. The main server maintains a count of number of seconds from 1 Jan midnight (GMT). SNTP is another network time protocol used to synchronize time servers and other devices. The interface is simple. Most users should not find any difficulty in getting it working. The interface displays server time and local time. It also shows if any difference exists. If it does, you can simply ask it to sync the time. Time server, synchronization, Miscellaneous and registration are the tabs into which other settings are grouped together. This tool is for Windows 98, XP and Vista. This is a very good tool.
